I wish I would have realized how good these molasses cookies were a few days earlier. I definitely would have substituted them for the boxed gingersnap cookies I used in my Sweet and Sauerbraten recipe I posted here earlier. Next time I will, for sure!These are my new favorite, non-decorated cookies ~ ever! Sweet and crunchy on the outside with a mellow, spicy soft center. So good! Smells just like the holidays should!!
